How to use

Choose the attachment that suits the area. Start at the lowest intensity and increase gradually, since the aim is firm pressure you can relax into, not pain. Move the massage gun slowly across the muscle rather than holding it in one spot, allowing around two minutes per muscle group. Keep it on soft muscle tissue and away from joints, bone and the spine. Recharge with the supplied Type-C cable when the display indicates low battery. Wipe the body and attachments with a dry or barely damp cloth, and never submerge any part of the device.
