At-Home Devices (for personal patient use, e.g., blood pressure monitors, glucose monitors, etc.)
Professional Devices (for hospitals, clinics, and healthcare professionals, e.g., diagnostic systems, advanced monitoring, surgical instruments)
At-Home Devices: 30 days from delivery (UK Consumer Rights Act 2015; EU/Cyprus 14-day right of withdrawal with 2-year minimum conformity guarantee; FCCPA Nigeria; Consumer Protection Act South Africa).
Professional Devices: 14 days from delivery.
Items must be unused, in their original, sealed packaging, with all manuals, cables, and accessories included.
Professional devices are subject to functional inspection and approval before refund.
Custom-made or sterile items (for hygiene and safety reasons)
Items that are opened, worn, damaged, or altered
Devices with missing packaging, documentation, or parts

At-Home Devices: Full refund to original payment method within 14 business days after inspection (compliant with UK & EU law).
Professional Devices: Refund within 21 business days (handling/inspection fees may apply).
Shipping costs, import duties, and VAT are non-refundable.
Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item is defective or wrongly supplied.

In the event of a manufacturer or regulatory recall, Berflow will provide return instructions and ensure prompt replacement or credit, in line with manufacturer and regulatory requirements.
Covered by a 1-year manufacturer warranty from the date of delivery.
Warranty covers defects in materials and workmanship.
Does not cover misuse, accidental damage, or normal wear and tear.
Berflow will assist with warranty claims and coordinate repairs or replacements.
