Certification and documentation
Products carry CE marking and, where stated, FDA registration. Declarations of conformity, manufacturer certificates and instructions for use are supplied with each order and are available before you commit to one. If your tender or procurement process needs documentation in a particular format, tell us what you need and we will provide it.
Buyers remain responsible for any local device registration or import authorisation required in their own market. We will tell you honestly where we think a product cannot lawfully be imported to your destination rather than ship it and leave you with the problem.

How pricing works
Most clinical lines are quoted rather than sold at a fixed shelf price, because the right number depends on volume, destination, Incoterms and lead time. Send a specification with quantities and a delivery destination and we will come back with pricing, availability and freight, usually within one business day.
Logistics and lead times
We ship to the UK and EU, Nigeria, South Africa, West Africa and other international destinations where local regulations permit the import of our products. Freight, timelines and export documentation are confirmed with each quotation. Orders are tracked, and if a shipment is going to be late you will hear it from us first.
Working with us
We supply one-off orders and standing supply arrangements. For distributors and resellers we can quote landed cost by market; for clinics and hospitals we can quote against a tender document; for care groups we can consolidate across sites.
