Your order is an offer to buy. A contract is formed when we confirm acceptance or dispatch the goods. For quoted (B2B) items, pricing, lead time and terms are set out in a written quotation and are valid for the period stated in it.
Prices are shown in the currency displayed at checkout and exclude delivery unless stated. Where applicable, UK VAT is charged in accordance with our UK VAT registration. We may correct genuine pricing errors before dispatch. Payment methods available to you are shown at checkout; B2B bank-transfer terms are set out in your quotation.
Delivery estimates are given in good faith. For international and bulk orders, freight, lead times, Incoterms and export documentation are confirmed per order. Risk passes on delivery; title passes on full payment.
Consumer returns and manufacturer warranty are described in our Shipping & Returns policy. Your statutory rights are not affected.
