At Berflow, we want every order to arrive safely, quickly, and stress-free. Below is a simple, transparent guide to help you understand how shipping works and what to expect.


Processing Time

We carefully prepare each order within 2–3 business days (excluding weekends and public holidays).
If we ever expect delays, we’ll let you know right away.


Where We Ship

We currently ship to:

  • UK & EU

  • Nigeria

  • South Africa

  • West Africa

  • Other international destinations where local regulations allow the import of our medical devices.

If you are unsure whether we can ship to your location, our team is always happy to help.


Estimated Delivery Times

We do our best to get your items to you as quickly as possible:

  • UK & EU: 2–7 business days

  • Nigeria: 2–7 business days

  • South Africa: 2–5 business days

  • West Africa: 7–14 business days

  • Other international regions: 10–21 business days

These timelines are estimates and may vary due to customs clearance or courier delays.


Shipping Costs & Customs

Shipping fees are calculated at checkout based on your location and order size.

Please note: Import duties, VAT, and customs fees may apply depending on your country’s regulations. These charges are the responsibility of the customer, and we recommend checking with your local customs office if you are unsure.


Order Tracking

Once your order ships, you will receive an email with your tracking number so you can follow your delivery every step of the way.


Lost or Damaged Items

Your peace of mind matters to us.
If your order arrives damaged or does not arrive at all:

  • Please contact us at hello@berflow.com within 7 days of your expected delivery date (or within 14 days of delivery for damaged items).

  • We will work closely with the courier to investigate the issue.

  • When applicable, we will arrange a replacement or refund to ensure you’re fully supported.


Special Notes

Some medical devices may require special handling or may not be legally permitted in certain countries.
If we cannot ship an item to your location for regulatory reasons, we may need to cancel the order—but we will always inform you promptly and issue a full refund.


Order Changes & Cancellations

If you need to modify or cancel your order, please contact us as soon as possible at hello@berflow.com.
Once an order has been processed or shipped, we’re unable to make further changes.
